Katherine Sheyno is a film director, a screenwriter and a producer who graduated from film school with an Oscar winner. She has a broad background where she worked in a Cancer Research center, headed an architectural design bureau, headed a construction company for 16 years, and she has received a Designer of the Year award. When Katherine attended the Cannes film festival with her student short movie, she was scouted by producers from Los Angeles.

As a film director and screenwriter, Katherine was developing a feature film project, the psycho-thriller “Shaving Fish”, with Stephen Dorff and Mena Suvari attached. Unfortunately due to the Pandemic, it was canceled.

Fast forward to now, Katherine develops a psycho-crime thriller feature film project “Jack and Blue”. It's based on a version of the screenplay that she shot a short movie for in 2022. It participated in 25 film festivals around the world, received a distribution offer from the WeShort channel and the Cannes Film Agency. The script for the feature film became a semi-finalist for Scriptapalooza, a Golden Pen Awards nominee, and even a second rounder for ScreenCraft and quarterfinalist of Page International script contests.
